GUY FAWKE'S DAY "Remember, remember the 5th of November, Gunpowder, treason and plot. We see no reason why gunpowder treason, Should ever be forgot!" The 5th of November is celebrated as Guy Fawkes' Day all over England . Fireworks are set off, bonfires are lit, and effigies, or 'guys' are burnt.   Enfants Terribles es una de las secciones más características del FICXixón, vínculo con los orígenes de un festival que nació dedicado exclusivamente a la infancia y la juventud. La evolución del certamen hacia un cine alternativo y de autor no rompió el vínculo con los más jóvenes, sino que superó las salas de proyección y se coló en las aulas. When I learnt this Canadian had been awarded one of  the Prince of Asturias Awards, it sounded a bit funny to me as I hadn't heard from him for a long time, though I really used to like him.  I think the last time was on the radio where it was said he was bankrupt and that was the reason why he had decided to go back on stage and sing again. Those from my generation may also know about him, perhaps not so much the younger ones. Today is the date. At this moment  he must be at the Campoamor being given the prize. This was my favourite.Enjoy it!!!

Anna Gavalda (née le 9 décembre 1970) est une femme de lettres française. Anna Gavalda En 1992, elle devient lauréate du prix du Livre Inter pour le livre La plus belle lettre d'amour . Elle est professeur de français au collège Nazareth à Voisenon (Seine-et-Marne), elle obtient en 2000 le Grand Prix RTL-Lire pour son premier recueil de nouvelles Je voudrais que quelqu'un m'attende quelque part publié par Le Dilettante . Trois de ses livres sont devenus de best-sellers:  Je voudrais que quelqu'un m'attende quelque part ,  Je l'aimais  et Ensemble, c'est tout . Elle tient une chronique dans le magazine Elle à propos de livres pour enfants et participe au jury pour le festival international de la BD d'Angoulême. Elle est mère de deux enfants et habite à Melun. Cette année on va lire les nouvelles de Je voudrais que quelqu'un m'attende quelque part en première année de Niveau Avancé. At the beginning of the eighteenth century, travel books to unknown places were of great interest to the reading public in Britain. Readers enjoyed true accounts like William Dampier's New Voyage. Other writers like Daniel Defoe wrote in the style of the true accounts, although he didn't pretend that his story of Robinson Crusoe's life on an island was true. Jonathan Swift saw the importance of that style. He didn't want to make his readers believe that the impossible lands in Gulliver's Travels were true or real but he wanted  to make them think about the world they live in and  looking at their own beliefs and customs with new eyes. Swift's style is very simple and he makes us enjoy his story. That's why Gulliver's Travels has been a favourite children's book for a long time. Aqui estoy ...me llamo Tintin!!! Cuidado con la pronunciación...si no sois franceses!!! De todas formas no importa mi nombre porque aunque pertenezco a la cultura francesa, el mundo entero me lee a través de su propio idioma...italiano , español, chino etc.... Ante todo : mi perro...mi perro es más que mi perro, es mi amigo!!! Nuestra idea es compartir recomendaciones sobre cualquier lectura : narrativa, poesía, teatro, comics, revistas, noticias de actualidad… Además del fomento de la lectura, Kuentalibros pretende ser un vehículo que favorezca la competencia en comunicación lingüística en sus cuatro dimensiones: L eer: la lectura es nuestro punto de partida E scribir: la construcción del discurso de recomendación debe ser previamente trabajado, no improvisado H ablar: ante una cámara o un micrófono y ser capaz de transmitir un mensaje coherente, ordenado, atractivo...
